You Close A Deal

Congratulations! Your client buys or sells a home. Let's say it's a $500,000 property with a 3% buyer's agent commission — that's $15,000 in gross commission.

Your Commission Is Split

Using an example 85% split: your gross share is $15,000 × 85% = $12,750. The Century 21 franchise fee (8%) is shared proportionally to your split — already factored in, so you net approximately $11,730 on this deal.
