Once you decide to join, onboarding is fast. Most agents are fully set up — CRM, website, email, training access — within 3–5 business days of joining. Your first morning training session can be the very next day.

Absolutely not. The call is just a conversation. If you decide Beggins is right for you, we'll guide you through the transfer process step by step. It's simpler than most agents expect.

Yes. License transfers are completely normal in real estate. We'll help you navigate the process professionally. Timing can usually be coordinated around your active transactions to minimize disruption.

We love talking to people who are pre-license or in the process of getting licensed. We can point you in the right direction for your Florida real estate license and have everything ready to go the moment you pass your exam.

There is a small setup fee to get your technology stack configured — CRM, website, email, and all your tools ready to go. This is minimal compared to what other brokerages charge and to the value you immediately receive. Specific details are discussed on the call.
